This immersive three-day training is designed for those who want to facilitate sound baths with confidence, depth and professional integrity.
Co-led by Zara (Mellow Habits) and Svetlana (Shantika), this program bridges the science of sound with practical instrument technique and real-world facilitation skill.

Founder of Shantika
With more than 20 years of practicing Raja and Buddhi Yoga, Mediation and Sound Therapy, Svetlana is passionate about helping others connect with their energy and deepness for healing and growth through sound, deep relaxation and meditation.
She has been provided thousands of sessions for more than 6000 thousands of people, from private 1-2-1 to hundreds guests different ages, nationalities and conditions.
Certified by IOCE, IASH, Tone of life, Tibetan Golden Temple Centre, she provides Sound Therapy sessions using a unique combination of ancient holistic and modern scientific knowledge and teachings. She also has Master level Reiki, and certification in Trauma Awareness by UNION Trauma Recovery Institute. Keep learning in International Musical Academy of flute Bansuri in Delhi, India.
Also Svetlana is certified Aqua Therapy practitioner in the Eternal Flow and providing sessions for deep relaxation, stress and trauma release and recovery.
A wide deep background helps her to design custom Sound Healing and Sound Trauma Recovery Therapy sessions and courses.
Svetlana is a founder of Sound Healing Sanctuary and Academy. Shantika has two beautiful sanctuaries in Koh Samui and Bangkok, offers sessions and certification courses in Sound therapy, Water Therapy, Reiki and more. Also Svetlana provides training in different countries worldwide and collaborate with worldwide famous luxury and wellness resorts and retreat centres for private sessions and educational programs.

Zara is the founder of Mellow Habits, a practice devoted to nervous system regulation through immersive sound and somatic grounding.
Her work centres on the intersection of breath, vibration and physiological safety — guiding individuals into deeper states of parasympathetic restoration without force or overwhelm. Known for her steady and grounded facilitation style, Zara specialises in creating structured sound experiences that support sustainable regulation rather than temporary escape.
Over the years, she has guided thousands of participants through group sound immersions, retreat environments and intimate sessions across Australia and internationally. Her approach blends applied neurophysiology, fascia-informed somatic awareness and immersive sound design.
