Corporate sound healing workshops

We live in a culture that moves fast, demands output and overwhelms the senses. Our nervous systems were not designed for this pace and most of us exist in a low grade state of tension without even realising it.

At Mellow Habits we believe rest is not something you stumble into. It is something you design.

We view rest as a longevity practice. When we learn to slow down and regulate the nervous system the body remembers how to restore itself. The quality of how we rest determines the quality of how we live.

We design sensory experiences, spaces and journeys that create the conditions for genuine rest. Not just a session or a treatment. The entire environment. The sound in the room. The quality of light. The sequence of a journey that takes someone from switched on and depleted to genuinely present and restored.

Our work blends therapeutic sound, breathwork, somatic movement and sensory design to help the body release tension, shift into parasympathetic rest and remember what it feels like to genuinely stop.

We work with individuals, luxury hotels, wellness developers and corporate teams who understand that the quality of how we rest determines the quality of how we live.

Rest is not escape. It is return.

our three pillars

Sensory Design
Every element of an experience is considered. The sound, the light, the scent, the space. Rest begins before the session does.

Rest as Longevity
Rest is not a reward for productivity. It is a practice that determines the quality of how we live, how we think and how we show up for everything that matters.

Connection
Rest goes deeper when it is shared. The small group. The women who just get it. The conversations that only happen when people finally stop rushing.

who we are

I have always been drawn to the way a space makes you feel.

Not how it looks. How it feels the moment you walk in. Whether something in your body quietly shifts before anything has even happened.

That is what I design.

After years of creating sound experiences for luxury hotels, building wellness communities and hosting retreats and experiences across Australia and internationally, I realised that the most powerful thing I do is not a single session or a treatment. It is the conditions around it. The scent in the room. The quality of light. The sequence of a journey that takes someone from stressed and switched on to genuinely present.

I work with luxury hotels, wellness developers and brands to design those conditions intentionally. Sensory wellness experiences that consider every moment of the guest journey. Spa teams trained in on-body vibrational sound massage that guests have never experienced before and keep coming back for. Retreats and residencies that are as considered as the locations I choose to hold them in. Wellness activations that give properties a story nobody else can tell.

My work sits at the intersection of nervous system science, sound healing and sensory design. And it consistently creates something that the people I work with say they have never seen anywhere else.

Among the first in Australia to introduce floating sound baths and one of the first in the world to take them into nature. Past collaborations include COMO Hotels Bangkok, National Gallery of Victoria and Mecca Beauty. Destination Deluxe Awards 2026 finalist for Wellness Practitioner of the Year. The only Australian in the category.
