Corporate sound healing workshops

We live in a culture that moves fast, demands output and overwhelms the senses. Our nervous systems weren’t designed for this pace, and many of us exist in a low-grade state of tension — shallow breathing, disrupted sleep and emotional fatigue.

At Mellow Habits, we view rest as a longevity practice. When we learn to slow down and regulate the nervous system, the body remembers how to restore itself.

Our work blends therapeutic sound, breathwork, somatic movement and fascia-informed practices, helping the body release tension, soften holding patterns and shift into parasympathetic rest.

We design unhurried, sensory experiences that create space for the body to feel safe, grounded and receptive. No performance, no overwhelm — just space to arrive, soften and recalibrate.

Rest isn’t escape — it’s return.

who we are

I didn’t arrive in wellness through stillness — it was my busy mind that led me here. Traditional meditation felt inaccessible when my nervous system was wired for output, so I explored other pathways into rest: sound, breath, somatics, fascia and sensory grounding. Modalities that bypass the thinking mind and speak directly to the body.

I trained in sound healing and meditation, and over time my work evolved into a sensory, somatic approach to rest that supports nervous system regulation, sleep and emotional balance.

Today, I guide immersive sound baths, retreats and regulation experiences across Australia and internationally, collaborating with hotels, retreat venues and corporate teams. My intention is simple: to create unhurried, meaningful moments that help people return to themselves through safety, slowness and sensory presence.
